Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Digisto, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you accept on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.

• Keep your login information confidential.
• Notify us promptly of unauthorized access at security@digisto.si.
• Provide accurate registration details and keep them current.

You agree not to:

• Use Digisto to store or transmit unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to derive source code from the service.
• Interfere with service integrity, security, or performance.
• Send unsolicited communications ("spam") via Digisto.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. See our pricing page for current rates. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

We may change plan pricing on 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

You retain ownership of your workspace content. You grant Digisto a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the service. Digisto and its licensors own all rights to the Digisto software, brand, and documentation.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digisto disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, Digisto's aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms will not exceed the fees paid by you to Digisto in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate for material breach with 30 days' written notice and an opportunity to cure. Upon termination, your workspace content will be deleted per our Privacy Policy retention schedule.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.
